Dear Youngsoo Kim,

My name is Assawayut Khunmaturod, who is currently taking Solid Mechanics course (Class A), and also living in Thailand just now. Since online class policy in this course is to upload the lecture videos on KLMS and allow the student to watch them online, I have encountered with the problem during watching "Lecture 1-1 video" in which the video reload itself every a couple of seconds; the reloading process takes around 10-20 seconds until the video continues plaing around 2-3 seconds, which means that the video will be 5-6 times longer than what it should be. I also have tried to let the video keep playing around an hour, but I found that it really played only 10 minutes. I even change the  browser from Chrome to Explorer, FireFox, Safari, and Opera, but the problem wasn't fixed. One of my friend who takes this courese and live in Thailand also has the same problem. In fact, many KAIST students who living in Thailand are facing this similar problem with their courses.

I am writing this email to ask you whether there are any other ways to fix this techinical problem or any chance to change the attendence checking policy. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
