I would like to ask regarding downloading files attached on the courses. For some files, it was downloaded directly but some files redirected us to viewing mode using 'Synapsoft'. I would like to know if there is a way to download files when viewing it using 'Synapsoft'.

Dear Eric,

In the spring semester of 2020, the part that professors suggested a lot was the copyright of the study material.

So, we added the web viewer function, and the existing download function remains the same.

Please contact your teaching assistant or professor and request the settings to be downloaded.

Professors can download them by registering in the following way, so please contact your assistant or professor to request download settings.

When registering attachments in the classroom, select "Appearance"> Display(Force download) as an option.

O Appearance Option: Option 1

-Option 1) In pup-up -> View with viewer (default)

-Option 2) Force download -> Download available
