Files are upploaded but unable to see other than through notifications.

There are files that professor upploaded, but they can only be seen if I expand the notification list and click on that notification. However there is no way to see these files in any other way. There is no tab on the left panel for that. Could you please check it?

For the Course notice, click the megaphone shape in the black bar on the right.
