How to register for audit course (just attending the course to get lecture and materials, not for credit)

Dear KLMS team,

It seems that there is no button or function for the student who want to send request to the specific course to attend as audit guests.

I have sent an email to a professor to ask him for attending his course of this Spring semester. But he is not sure how to add me into his course, and he asked me to find some ways to request him via KLMS system.

I couldn't find any option to request his course as such way. Could you (KLMS's guys) please show me how to put my name/ student ID into a course of a professor (he agreed to attend his course) so that I can get the materials and lectures of that course without being counted for credit (I will not earn credits for that course (no exams), just an attending student).

Dear XUAN TRUNG PHAM,

I understand that you are asking how to add auditors to your classroom.

Auditor should already have a portal ID.

You (the professor) must enter the lecture room.

You can register the auditors by hand to the following procedure.

O Procedure

a. Classroom> Advanced settings (left menu)> User (Click)

b. Partcipants(screen)> Enrol Users(button)

c. Enrol Users (pop-up)> Assign role (select Auditor)> Select users (Auditor name or ID)> Enrol users (button)

d. Return to the "Partcipants" screen and check the registered Auditor

c. Enrol users(pop-up)

First of all, please understand that my English is not good enough.

Students can't apply for a lecture on their own, and the professor must do it manually.

Please refer to FAQ number 6 for detailed information on how to apply.
