Hello,

I am a TA for a course and there are many videos which were setup on the course page and working. Yesterday I got a complaint from a student that the videos were not showing up. After receiving the complain, I checked and all the videos were working for me but not the student. 

Today when I logged into KLMS, all the videos for the entire course were not working and instead of showing a video error, when I click on the videos, it opens up a new KLMS page in a new window, with no video. 

So, in short, every video in my course has completely disappeared starting from today. Is this a known error?
